The Journey

So last night about 11:00 I landed in Fort Lauderdale. The guy we got the car from was really nice to drive 45 minutes to the airport to drop it off for me. since they were going south and i was going north we just did all the paper work right there in the pick up area of the airport. The security guys weren't too pleased with us, but we were quick about it and it all worked out. So It's a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. It's a lot nicer than we had hoped for, and considering i just put 14 straight hours on it, it seems to be a good reliable runner. This made for a less eventful trip than I'm use to. Last time we did a Florida trip we ended up changing an alternator in a parking lot. Needless to say I was okay with an uneventful trip. Any way it'll be a good one for our soon to be little family.

Sure glad you made it home safely. Hope we don't need to do that too often in the future! Love, dad

you also forgot the burning potato truck, being pulled over and getting away with a $25 ticket and breeding bugs landing all over us. I don't think anything beats that trip. :)
