Playing at A and D's house
A. herself!

she's just so funny in her little bath

Fall was here...it's now winter. Rainy, which I like and cold, which I can handle.

Thee skinny jeans. They aren't ment to be, but she fills them out to be so.

. My little cow and the farmer on Halloween!

then there are these classics.
.1. She's been walking a whole bunch already. We're pretty sure Caleb taught her.
.2. The most fantastic baby wave I've ever seen. and the "uh-oh." The best is how she says 'peek-a-boo' that's next to get on video.

It was also Chansons birthday on Halloween, I have pictures on the other camera, that will be another slew of photos to come.

Zuri Bug

Zuri is 10 months today. The interesting thing about it was, at 2 am this morning she woke us up and did one of the more memorable wake up and hang out for HOURS... she was born at 1:58am...Is she repeating her ability to kill my body slowly? I think so. It's ok. I still love her, even though she can be a crazy tiny human.

This month:

. Zuri started walking. yikes. It's cute though.

. I love Project Runway. I want Mundo to win.

. I have rediscovered the fantastic eggo, peanut butter, syrup combo.

. Chris is amazing to me. and is a super cute dad.

. Kelso is the most tolerant dog with babies.

. Zuri got a new car seat (thanks moms) It's awesomely huge and she loves the new view.

. Zuri NEVER stops talking. She sounds like the squirrel on Emperors New Groove. It's so stinkin funny.

. I love my house.

. I hate horror movies.

. I still don't like math and in just one week I have fallen behind so far that I fear for my grade. Stupid.

. We got a new TV. We can actually read the subtitles now. It's weird, and fantastic.

. Fall is still my favorite season.

mom advice

I am desperately seeking mom (or anybody else) advice for sleeping issues. Zuri has finally gotten down to only waking up once a night (and it's awesome) but for some reason every other night or so she will wake up, eat, and NOT go back to sleep. She will just scream and scream until we just let her play around. She is so exhausted (us too) doesn't cry as long as she's out of her crib, but won't sleep anywhere until 2-3 hours later when she's wiped her self completely out. We have tried her screaming it out, and when I say scream it is the most death curling scream. Ever. I don't know what I should do. ANY advice or suggestions of what to try would be great. She's making me very bugged and all of us (even poor Kelso) way too tired.

September

Happenings this month:
. Zuri can crawl as fast as I can walk (it's fast)

. She can crawl up stairs in no time. She tries to get get down by belly sliding head first...she's daring.

.She loves mirrors (what baby doesn't?)

. Chanson was in the school date action. He wore a kilt...nice.

.School actually hasn't been too bad for me. Thank goodness.

.We got Cami's family sick. Sorry Spam.
and
.Zuri loves blueberries

our trusty steed.
Chris took this on our walk, I love it. Her feetsies are so cute.

jail bird pajamas and giving kisses to herself.

a pause

Her craze for blueberries. There was splattered juice ALL over.
Got her third tooth last week.
She was tripping on her dress so I tucked it into her bloomers. So awesome.
Our child that never has clothes on in pictures for some reason. I really do dress her, and she really does look cute when I do.

She LOVES playing with dad.

examples of why she is never clothed when she eats...everything gets covered in her food.
first: I ran out of fresh fruit and remembered I had frozen blue berries. She went crazy for them.
second: I don't know what she was doing, but I couldn't stop laughing. It's like she was praying.

Happy Fall (FINALLY!)

The Sickies

I had gotten sick this past weekend with the horrible throw-ups, but I thought it was either bad food or baby related so I didn't even think of it being a virus of sorts. Poor Zuri got the similar situation last night. I woke up at 3 to her fussing and went in to her room to feed her, she didn't want her bottle, (which is weird she always wants to eat at that time) but she just wanted to snuggle and went right back to sleep. I put her back down and went to the other room. I heard her start to cough and make some choking sounds, I ran back in to find her thowing up all over the place. Poor little Zur. It freaked me out cause really she has never been this kind of sick, and I knew how painful it had been for me. I took her to Chris cause I wasn't feelin so hot either and she just kept throwing up. Resulting in our first E.R. trip with the babe.

We decided to go to AMC where she was born since the hospital in the town next to us had recently shut down the maternity ward and we had been told by a Dr. that if she did get sick it's better to take her to Augusta instead. Chris raced us up there (45 minutes away) in no time at all (of course, it's speedy Chris). She was so misserable it was awful. She threw up some more and of course right when we got there she stopped, but was still so lathargic it was really weirding me and Chris out. She held so still for the nurses and just spralled on the bed. It was cute, but we knew she still wasn't over it if she was being that still.

The nurses and Dr. were great with her, gave her a little dose of medicine and she perked right back up to hyper Zur. She fell into a nice deep sleep on the drive home and is snoozin away again.

Chris took this picture on his phone and I just thought it was too cute to not post immediately. Check out that bed head! (and her diaper takes up half her tank body!)

That's the random update, thank goodness for modern medicine, a great husband and a fast car! She's doing much better and hopefully she'll be back to crazy happy Zuri soon.
